Data Retention & Deletion Policy

This policy describes how ecomex (operated by Milanbhai Maheshbhai Jethva) retains and deletes Amazon Information accessed through the Selling Partner API.

Retention

We retain Amazon Information only as long as it is required to provide the Service to the authorizing seller. While your account is active and your Amazon authorization remains valid, data is retained so we can provide historical reporting and trend analysis.

Deletion triggers

We delete your Amazon Information when any of the following occurs:

  • You revoke ecomex's authorization from Amazon Seller Central or within ecomex.
  • You delete or close your ecomex account.
  • You submit a deletion request to milanjethva@gmail.com.
  • The data is no longer required to provide the Service.

Deletion timeline and method

Following any deletion trigger, we immediately stop all further access to your Amazon data and permanently delete it from our production database within 30 days. Copies held in encrypted backups are purged on our backup rotation cycle, no later than 90 days. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

No PII retention

ecomex does not collect or store buyer personally identifiable information. We handle only seller account, performance, inventory, financial, and brand analytics data.
